Monday-Sunday from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
Extended hours available by special appointment. Please remember not to bring any jewelry or valuables to your spa appointment. Hacienda Chichen Hotel has a front desk or safes inside the guest cottages for valuable storage.
Your Health Conditions
You will be asked to fill out a health form regarding your personal medical condition, allergies or injuries when making your spa reservation. This will allow us to recommend to you the most useful and safest spa treatment.
Service Charge and Tax
A 15% service charge and tax will be added to your final bill for each service.
