2011 Eco-Spa Wellness Maya Retreats Reservation Policy: USD $250 booking deposit upon confirmation.

Cancellation policy:  Only written cancellations will be accepted as a valid cancellation request. All cancellations need to be sent via email to: info@haciendachichen.com USD 250 reservation deposits are not refundable.
Send written cancellation request no later than four weeks prior to guests’ confirmed retreat date to avoid additional charges.
Written cancellations received after the four weeks up to two weeks prior to confirmed arrival date have a cancellation charge of 70% of total payment. Cancellations prior to two weeks of retreat's arrival date will be treated as No-Show Bookings and full retreat charge will apply and have a non-refundable booking policy.
