Yaxkin Spa is open to guests staying at Hacienda Chichen Resort
and to others who are visiting for the day.

Hours
Spa Services:
Monday-Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Spa Boutique:
Monday-Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Extended hours available by special appointment. Please remember not to bring any jewelry or valuables to your spa appointment. Hacienda Chichen Resort has a front desk or safes inside the guest cottages for valuable storage.

Health Conditions
You will be asked to fill out a health form regarding your personal medical condition, allergies or injuries when making your spa reservation. This will allow us to recommend to you the most useful and safest spa treatment.

Service Charge and Tax
A 15% service charge and tax will be added to your final bill for each service.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify the Spa six (6) hours before if you will not be able to keep your appointment to avoid a 100% charge.
