All Vacation Packages offers and Special Discount Deals shown in this
website have their own requirements and policies, many of them are
non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-transferable, prepaid bookings.

OTHER RESERVATIONS' CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Only written cancellations will be accepted as a valid cancellation request.
All cancellations need to be sent via fax +52-999-925-3952 or via email to: info@haciendachichen.com

 To cancel confirmed regular rate reservations arriving from May 2010 through September 2010 you need to:  
  Send us a written cancellation request no later than six days prior to your confirmed arrival date to avoid charges.
Written cancellation requests received from five to four days prior to your confirmed arrival date will incur a charge of USD $20 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of 20% of the room rate per nights reserved.
Written cancellation requests received three days or less prior to your confirmed arrival date, will incur a charge of USD $20 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of the first night full price charge plus  25% of each remaining night reserved.

To cancel confirmed reservations arriving from January to April 2010 season or from October 2010 through April 2011 you need:
Send us a written cancellation request no later than ten working days prior to your confirmed arrival date to avoid charges.
Written cancellation requests received from nine to seven working days prior to your confirmed arrival date will incur a charge of USD $20 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of 30% of the room rate per nights reserved.
Written cancellation requests received within six working days prior to your confirmed arrival date will incur a charge of USD $25 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of the first night full price charge plus 50% of each remaining night reserved.
