CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Only written cancellations will be accepted as a valid cancellation request. All cancellations need to be sent via fax +52-999-925-3952 or via email to: info@haciendachichen.com

 To cancel confirmed reservations arriving from May through September 2009
you need to:  Send us a written cancellation request no later than eight days prior to your confirmed arrival date to ensure no charges will be incurred.
Written cancellation requests received from seven to five days prior to your confirmed arrival date will incur a charge of USD $20 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of 20% of the room rate per night reserved.
Written cancellation requests received four days or less prior to your confirmed arrival date will incur a charge of USD $20 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of the first night full price charge and  25% of the room rate per remaining night reserved.

To cancel confirmed reservations arriving from October 2008 through April 2009
 you need to: Send us a written cancellation request no later than twelve working days prior to your confirmed arrival date to ensure no charges will be incurred.
Written cancellation requests received from eleven to seven working days prior to your confirmed arrival date will incur a charge of USD $20 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of 30% of the room rate per night reserved.
Written cancellation requests received within six working days prior to your confirmed arrival date will incur a charge of USD $25 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of the first night full price charge and  50% of the room rate per remaining night reserved.
