OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES

VACATION PACKAGES AND DISCOUNT RATES:

All Vacation Packages offers and Special Discount Deals shown in this website have their own requirements and cancellation policies and will be applied as stated in each hotel offer or vacation package, all our hotel package offers have limited rooming available and are non-refundable, non-cancelable, non-transferable, prepaid bookings. 

 

REGULAR SEASONAL RATES RESERVATIONS' CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Only written cancellations will be accepted as a valid cancellation request for our regular rates per night shown above.
All cancellations need to be sent via fax +52-999-920-8408 or via email to: info@haciendachichen.com

To cancel regular rate reservations arriving from  for October 2012 to December 2012 and from  January 2013 to April 2013  you need:
Send us a written cancellation request no later than ten working days prior to your confirmed arrival date to avoid charges.
Written cancellation requests received from nine to seven working days prior to your confirmed arrival date will incur a charge of USD $30 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of 30% of the room rate per each night reserved.
Written cancellation requests received within six working days prior to your confirmed arrival date will incur a charge of USD $35 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of the first night full price charge plus 50% of each remaining night reserved.  

To cancel regular rate reservations arriving from May 2013 through September 2013 you need to:  
  Send us a written cancellation request no later than six days prior to your confirmed arrival date to avoid charges.
Written cancellation requests received from five to four days prior to your confirmed arrival date will incur a charge of USD $20 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of 20% of the room rate per nights reserved.
Written cancellation requests received three days or less prior to your confirmed arrival date, will incur a charge of USD $20 processing fees, in addition to the penalty of the first night full price charge plus  25% of each remaining night reserved.
